NSC: The record date for the first cash dividend payment 2016

On December 28, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1306/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of National Seed Joint Stock Company (Stock code: NSC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 05, 2017

-          Record date: January 06, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay interim the first cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND 1,500/ share).

-          Payment date: January 20, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at National Seed Joint Stock Company – No. 01 Luong Dinh Cua Street, Phuong Mai Ward, Dong Da District, Ha Noi City, as from January 20, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
