SRF: Information on plans for company’s finance in 2017 & dividend payment for 2016

Based on the Resolution No.001/NQ/HĐQT/2017 of Board of Directors of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation approving plans for company’s finance in 2017, dividend payment for 2016 & bonus shares as follows:

1. Plan for company’s financial in 2017:

-        Total amount: 2,200 billion dongs

-        Revenue: 1,700 billion dongs

-        Profit before tax: 90 billion dongs

-        Profit after tax: 77 billion dongs

2. Plan for dividend payment 2016:

-        Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2,000dongs/share)

3. Bonus shares to existing shareholders:

-        Exercise ratio: 3:1

4. The item 1, item 2 & item 3 will be put some contents into the FY 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that the company is going to hold on March, 2017 to collect shareholders’ opinions.
