SJS: The record date for cash dividend payment 2015

On January 12, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.43/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of SJS) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: January 19, 2017

-        Record date: January 20, 2017

-        Purpose: to pay the cash dividends payment for 2015.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND 500/ share).

-        Payment date: February 20, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as from February 20, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
