According to Resolution No.01/NQ-HĐQT, BODs of Idico Urban and House Development Investment Jont Stock Company approved to pay first cash dividends for 2016 as follows:

-        Record date: February 16, 2017

-        Exercise ratio: 15% (1,500dongs/share)

-        Payment time: March 06, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Idico Urban and House Development Investment Jont Stock Company.
