NSC: NSC announces the record date for 2016 first dividend payment

Based on the Resolution No.51 dated December 21, 2016, BODs of National Seed Joint Stock Company approved to pay first cash dividends for 2016as follows:

-          Record date: January 06, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 15% (1,500dongs/share)

-          Payment date: January 20, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at National Seed Joint Stock Company.
