On January 12, 2017, Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.03 of BODS approved to pay first dividends for 2016as follows:

-        Record date: February 10, 2017

-        Exercise ratio: 10%

-        Payment date: February 28, 2017

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company.
