On January 06, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.21/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Innovative Technology Development Corporation (Stock code: ITD) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: January 19, 2017

-        Record date: January 20, 2017

-        Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends payment for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND 1,000/ share).

-        Payment date: February 16, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Innovative Technology Development Corporation – No.01 Sang Tao Street, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, HCM City as from February 16, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
