On December 27, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1304/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Stock code: THG) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 09, 2017

-          Record date: January 10, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay interim the first cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND 1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: January 20, 2017

-          Place of payment:
