PPC: The record date for cash dividend payment 2016

On December 23, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1293/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (Stock code: PPC) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: December 29, 2016

-        Record date: December 30, 2016

-        Purpose: to pay interim the cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND 800/ share).

-        Payment date: February 10, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+      Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company as from February 10, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
