On December 22, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1290/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Hoa An Joint Stock Company (Stock code: DHA) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: January 04, 2017

-        Record date: January 05, 2017

-        Purpose: to pay the 2^nd cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND 500/ share).

-        Payment date: January 19, 2017
