MSN: The record date for cash dividend payment 2015-2016

On December 23, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1292/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of MaSan Group Corporation (Stock code: DMSN) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: January 04, 2017

-        Record date: January 05, 2017

-        Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2015 and to pay interim cash dividends for 2016.

-        Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND 3,000/ share). Of Which:

• To pay cash dividends for 2015 : 19%/ par value (VND 1,900/share)
• To pay interim cash dividends for 2016: 11%/ par value (VND 1,100/share)

-        Payment date: January 24, 2017

-        Place of payment:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+     Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at MaSan Group Corporation (8th Floor, Central Plaza, No. 17 Le Duan Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC) as from January 24, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
