ASM: BODs Resolution on capital contribution in Nhut Hong JSC

According to the Resolution No.11.04/NQ.HĐQT dated April 11, 2017, BODs of Sao Mai Group Corporation approved the capital contribution in Nhut Hong Joint Stock Company from receiving the transfer of shares of other companies as follows:

1. I.D.I International Development and Investment Corporation (IDI):

-          Stock name: Nhut Hong Joint Stock Company

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of transferred shares: 1,000,000 shares

-          Total value of transferred shares: 10,000,000,000 dongs

2. Travel Investment And Seafood Development Corporation (DAT):

-          Stock name: Nhut Hong Joint Stock Company

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of transferred shares: 400,000 shares

-          Total value of transferred shares: 4,000,000,000 dongs

So the owning ratio of Sao Mai Group Corporation in Nhut Hong Joint Stock Company:

-          ASM ‘s owning ratio before receiving the transfer: 1,778,490 shares (22.23% of charter capital of Nhut Hong JSC).

-          ASM ‘s owning ratio after receiving the transfer: 3,178,490 shares (39.73% of charter capital of Nhut Hong JSC).
