On May 04, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.478/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Imexpharm Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: May 15, 2015

-          Record date: May 19, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 18%/ par value (VND1,800/ share).

-          Payment date: June 05, 2015

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
