1)     Payment ratio for the third dividend payment for 2014: 7%

2)     Payment method: in cash or transfer

3)     Record date: May 19, 2015

4)     Payment date: June 03, 2015

5)     Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
