KHP: Resolution on the dividend payment for the second of 2014

Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 27, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second of 2014 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: May 19, 2015

-           Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

-           Payment date:  May 29, 2015  

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from April 27, 2015.
