-  Purpose: to implement the second cash dividend payment for 2014

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 25% (VND2,500/share)

-  Payment date:               June 10, 2015

-  Place of implementation:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company -  240 Hau Giang St., Ward 9, Dist. 6, HCMC (from MON to FRI -08:00am-11:00am to 13:00pm- 15:30pm) from June 10, 2015 and please submit ID card.
