Pha Lai Thermal Power JSC announced Board Resolution No.90 dated May 08, 2015 regarding the second dividend payment for 2014 as follows:

-          Payment ratio: 12% (VND1,200/share)

-          Record date: May 26, 2015

-          Payment date: June 10, 2015.
