On May 08, 2015, HOSE announced the record date for the second phase of the 3^rd  2014 dividend in cash of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders:

–    Stock symbol:   VNL                             

–    Ex-right date:    May 26, 2015   

–    Record date:     May 28, 2015

–    Purpose            for the payment for the 3^rd  phase of 2014 dividend in cash

–    Dividend pay-out ratio:           5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

–    Payment date:   June 18, 2015 

–    Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Vinalink International Freight Forwarders, Floor 2, 147 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4, HCM City from June 18, 2015  .

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
