–    Record date:     May 19, 2015

–    Purpose            for the payment for 2014 dividend in cash         

–    Dividend pay-out ratio:           12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

–    Payment date:                          May 26, 2015    

–    Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company – HCM Branch, 24-26 Ho Tung Mau Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCM City from  May 26, 2015.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
