–    Payment date:                          June 15, 2015   

–    Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company, 248A No Trang Long Street, Binh Thanh District, HCM City  from  June 15, 2015.
