-  Record date:     May 15, 2015

-  Purpose: to implement the remaining dividend for 2014 in cash

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 37,1% (VND3,710/share)

-  Payment date:               June 05, 2015

-  Place of implementation:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company -  Floor 2, NTS Tower, Noi Bai International Airport, Mai Dinh Commune,Soc Son District, Hanoi City on the working days from June 05, 2015 and please submit ID card.
