On May 06, 2015, the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure JSC issued a board resolution regarding the payment of remaining dividend for 2014:

-          Record date: June 17, 2015

-          Payment ratio: 3% charter capital, in cash 

-          Payment date: June 30, 2015
