GTN: The record date for stock dividend for 2014 HOSE issued Announcement No.586/TB-SGDHCM dated May 26, 2015 regarding the record date of Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:
1) Ex-right date: June 03, 2015
2) Record date: June 05, 2015
3) Purpose: to pay dividend in stock for 2014.
4) Detailed information:
- Exercise ratio: 10% (The one who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Estimated issue volume: 6,800,000 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be paid at VND10,000/share.
For example, if shareholder A owns 888 shares, he will receive: 888/10 x 1 = 88.8 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 88 new shares and VND8,000 (=0.8 x 10,000)
- Place of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at the office of Thong Nhat Production and Investment Joint Stock Company (Floor 2, CEO Tower, lot HH2-1, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Pham Hung street, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi). Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates on receipt of dividend.
