5)    Treasury volume: 709 shares

6)    Expected issue volume: 22,678,898 shares. In which:

-          To pay dividends for 2014: 7,559,633 shares

-          To raise capital from the owner’s capital: 15,119,265 shares

7)    Total issue value: VND226,788,980,000.

8)    Issue ratio: 30%. In which:

-          To pay dividends for 2014: 10%

-          To raise capital from the owner’s capital: 20%

9)    Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit, the capital surplus and the investment development fund.
