Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company expects to issue new shares to pay dividends as follows:

1)     Stock name: Stock of Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company

2)     Par value: VND10,000/share

3)     Total issued volume: 26,987,843 shares

4)     Outstanding volume: 26,625,031 shares

5)     Treasury volume: 362,812 shares

6)     Expected issue volume: 3,993,754 shares

7)     Total issue value: VND39,937,540,000.

8)     Issue ratio: 15% (each shareholder owning 100 shares will receive 15 new shares)

9)     Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit on December 31, 2014.  

10)  Record date: June 02, 2015

11)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
