C32: The record date for the second cash dividend payment for 2014

On May 26, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.585/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 08, 2015

-          Record date: June 10, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividends for 2014.

-          Exercise ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share).

-          Payment date: June 30, 2015

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at branches of Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 as from June 30, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
