On April 12, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2012 of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation:

-         Stock symbol:   HMC                            

-         Ex-right date:     April 23, 2013   

-         Record date:     April 25, 2013   

-         Purpose:            to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:   May 10, 2013   

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation. Address: 2nd Floor, HMC Tower, 193 Dinh Tien Hoang, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC, Viet Nam on the working days from MON to FRI (from 8:30am-11:30am to 13:30pm – 17:00pm) from May 10, 2013.
