VSC: The record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2012

On April 12, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2012 of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  VSC                            

-         Ex-right date:    April 23, 2013   

-         Record date:    April 25, 2013   

-         Purpose:           to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-         Payment date:  May 21, 2013   

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Head office, 11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from May 21, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
