-         Record date:    April 24, 2013     

-         Purpose:           to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment date:  May 09, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of at Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company – Thuan Phu Ward, Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc province on working days from May 09, 2013.
