On April 10, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2012 of Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:  EVE                             

-         Ex-right date:    April 23, 2013   

-         Record date:    April 25, 2013   

-         Purpose:           for the cash dividend payment of 2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:  May 10, 2013   

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at branch of Hung Yen - Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company, Tan Quang, Van Lam, Hung Yen Province on the working days from May 10, 2013 and please submit ID card.
