On April 11, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2012 of Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Copany:

-         Stock symbol:   VTO                             

-         Ex-right date:     April 24, 2013   

-         Record date:     April 26, 2013   

-         Purpose:            to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  3%/ par value (VND300/ share)

-         Payment date:   May 16, 2013   

Place & procedure of payment:

-        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Copany, No.236/106/1A Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC as from May 16, 2013 .

 Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend
