-         Record date:   April 25, 2013   

-         Purpose:          to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-         Payment date: May 10, 2013   

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from May 10, 2013 and please submit ID cards.
