Approval on appoint Mr. Nguyen Tam Khoi
member of the Board of Song Da 8 JSC since 28/11/2012.

Approval on resignation of Mr. Phan Van Minh from
CEO of Song Da 8 JSC to focus on member of the Board and Deputy General Manager
since 01/12/2012.

To appoint Mr, Nguyen Tam Khoi, member of the
Board, General Manager of the company since 01/12/2012.

Giving task to Mr. Pham Van Hoat, Deputy
General Manager and Head Accountant to replace Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu – job
transformation, since 01/12/2012.
