Northern Textiles and Garments JSC announces the Board Resolution about selling Northern textiles & garment one member JSC  approved on 30/11/2012 as follows:

-       Starting price: VND 7,500,000,000

-       Method: Public bidding

-       Object: Investors of Northern textiles & garment one member JSC and other investors who were qualified to join the bidding.

-       The Resolution was effective since the signed date. The Board corporate with Bao Minh Securities JSC, the one member co., ltd and related individuals of Northern textiles & garment one member JSC to sell the company legally.
