HAX: Change of Chairman of the BOD and CFO

According to the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 19, 2013, Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

Mr. Le Quang Dinh replaced Mr. Nguyen Hong Anh as Chairman of the BOD.

Ms. Chu Thi Ngoc Huyen – Chief Accountant replaced Mr. Chau Ba Long as CFO.

Effective date: January 19, 2013.
