TAS: The CEO Prosecuted & Temporarily Detained

According to information on the website of the State Securities Commission, on January 18, the investigating agency of Hanoi City Police issued Report No.341 announcing the prosecution and temporary detention of Mr. Le Ho Khoi, CEO of Trang An Securities Joint Stock Company (TAS). Mr. Le Ho Khoi directed his staff to confirm stock codes for nothing, validate customers’ investment trust documents to borrow and dispossess money from Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Pursuant to Point 1.1, Clause 1, Article 19 of Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange send a document to request Trang An Securities Joint Stock Company to disclose information in accordance with the securities laws.
