AGF: Board Resolution

Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 25, 2012 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved:

-         Business plan for 2013

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Vo Thanh Thong as Chief Accountant and Mr. Huynh Minh Thong was appointed as Chief Accountant.

-         Approving to transfer 60% shares of subsidiary (M&T Seafood’s Corp) in United States.

This resolution took effect on December 25, 2012.
