Board Resolution No. 99/2012/QD-HDQT approved on 01/01/2013 as follows:
1.
Establishment of Song Da 908 Branch – Song Da
9 JSC at Muong Te District, Lai Chau Province, since 01/01/2013.
- Song
Da 908 was the unit belonged to Song Da 9 JSC. Song Da 908 had the right to
open bank account and used the legal stamp.
- The
branch office: Nam Ban village, Nam Hang Commune, Muong Te District, Lai Chau
Province.

- Construct
rail way, highway.
- Construct
other civil technological constructions.
- Maintenance,
fixing cars and other vehicles.

dissolving of Song Da 908 One Member Limited Company – unit belonged to Song Da
9 JSC since 01/01/2013.
- The

29/03/2012. by Son La Provine Planning and Investment Department.

document: Resolution No. 36QD/CT-HDQT approved on 14/05/2008 of the Board of
