PVL: PVL: Board Resolution
Petroleum Real Estate JSC
announced the Board Resolution approved on 07/11/2012 as below:
1. Approval
of Petrovietnam Green House bidding project at the H vacant lot of the bio
corporative housing and commercial Linh Tay Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh
City as follows:
- The
threshold bidding price: VND 51 billion not including VND 5.4 billion charged
of 28 customers.
- The
company continued the duties:
+ Payables of all the signed contracts with
the contractors
+ Payables of all the loans and induced
interests with the banks
- Bidding
price: VND 1 billion
- Minimum
number of organizations and individuals join the bidding: 02 organizations or
individual
- To
appoint the CEO to build up the bidding statute and prepare the bidding plan obligated
to the laws.
- Approval
of selling 02 cars (01 Huyndai, 01 INNOVA Toyota) with the selling price based
on the depreciated value +20%.
2. The
Board appoint CEO to follow the Resolution above obligated to the law.
3. This
Resolution was effective since the signed date.
