QNC: QNC: Notice of hotel disposition

On 12/12/2012, the Board of Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC had meeting and approved some contents as follows:

-       The Board approved on disposition of Hong Gai Hotel with the expected value of VND 30 billion.

-       The Board approved the above contents followed by the authorization of the Board of Shareholders regulated at the Resolution of the AGM 2012 No. 19/NQ-HDQT on 16/04/2012. The contents related to the regulations of the Shareholder Board would be presented by the Board in the nearest General Meeting.
