SDT: SDT: Violation of information disclosure of internal shareholder and related people

Based on the supervision result of trading activities at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, State Security Commission of Vietnam announces the opinion as follows:

From 16/08/2012 to 14/09/2012, the MB Capital 1 Investment Fund – the organization related with Mr. Vu Thanh Trung – Member of the supervisory board of Song Da 10 JSC ( stock code: SDT) used buy order of 1,000,000 SDT stocks (bought 410,500 stocks). However, only by 20/09/2012, the MB Capital 1 Investment Fund reported with Hanoi Stock Exchange about the trading result and the violation at the section 3, article 28, Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC on 05/04/2012 of the Ministry of Finance about the information disclosure on the stock market.

Consider the violation, State Security Commission of Vietnam strictly reminded and required MB Capital 1 Investment Fund to follow the regulation of information disclosure of the stock market.
