-         Record date:   November 23, 2012 

-         Purpose:          to implement the cash dividend payment of 2011. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share) the shares restricted

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share) the shares unrestricted

-         Payment date: December 14, 2012

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
