-         Record date:    November 20, 2012 

-         Purpose:           to implement the cash dividend advance of No.1/2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment date:  December 20, 2012

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited at office of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company, 934D2, Street D, Cat Lai Industrial Park, Thach My Loi Ward, District 2, HCM City on the workings day from December 20, 2012.
