-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: November 20, 2012

-         Payment date: December 05, 2012

Place of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from December 05, 2012 and submit ID card.
