-         Ex-right date:    November 06, 2012   

-         Record date:    November 08, 2012

-         Purpose:           for the payment for the first of 2012 dividend in cash         

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ share (VND1,200/ share)

-         Payment date:                 November 28, 2012 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  BINH DUONG MINERAL AND CONSTRUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY  from  November 28, 2012.
