On October 29, 2012, HOSE announced the record date for the first 2012 dividend in cash of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol: KHP                            

-         Ex-right date:   November 07, 2012   

-         Record date:   November 09, 2012

-         Purpose:          for the payment for the first of 2012 dividend in cash         

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  5%/ share (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date:                  November 23, 2012 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company, 11 Ly Thanh Tong Street, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province  from  November 23, 2012.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
