TLH: The record date for dividend payment
October 30, 2012, HOSE announced the record date for 2011 dividend in stock for Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint – Stock Company:
- Stock symbol: TLH
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: November 13, 2012
- Record date: November 15, 2012
- Purpose: stock dividend payment in 2011
- Estimated issue volume: 4,676,029 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:09 (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 09 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares
- The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
For example, if shareholder A owns 121 shares on the record date, he will receive 10 new shares (121x9/100 = 10.89 shares), and 0.89 share will be canceled.
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint – Stock Company, G1A Dong Khoi Street, Tan Hiep Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nam Province .
