VRC: Board Resolution on Consulting Shareholders

Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of BOD on October 23, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to close the shareholder list to consult shareholders about adding new business lines: residential building management and operation. Record date: November 08, 2012. Time of implementation: expected from November 15, 2012 to November 29, 2012.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved that CEO is the company’s legal representative who will make procedures related to the above content.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from October 23, 2012.
