Phuc Tien Trade Manufacture Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on October 24, 2012:

      The Board of Directors approved to list all 1,440,262 shares issued to pay dividends to the existing shareholders on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository.
