PVF: Board Resolution

Petrovietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 19, 2012:

-         Approving the content to amend at Point a, Item 5.1, Article 5, Provision 1 in the license:

+          The content is changed to” receives deposits of institution under non-term deposits and term deposits as regulated by the State Bank of Vietnam”.
